Peptide vials are the core of our peptide range: each one holds a single research peptide as freeze-dried powder in a sealed glass vial. We stock more than 90 of them, in sizes from 1mg up to 1,500mg depending on the compound. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only.

Choosing peptide vials and vial sizes

Pick the compound first, then the size. Several peptides come in two or three vial sizes, and the contents are identical apart from the amount, so the choice comes down to how much your study needs.

Mixed peptides don’t keep as long as dry ones. If you’re running a slow study, a few smaller vials often work out better than one large vial you’ll mix all at once.

How we test our peptide vials

Each batch is checked by LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry), which confirms both what the compound is and how pure it is. Each product page lists the purity and the CAS number where one exists. Write the batch number from the label into your records, since small differences between batches are normal.

What you’ll find on each product page

Every product page has a short summary of what the compound is, a specifications list with the CAS number, molecular formula and weight where they exist, and a plain summary of the published research with a link to the papers on PubMed. You’ll also find the available sizes or formats, the price for each option, and storage and handling notes.

If a compound is new and hasn’t been studied much, the page says so. It’s better to know that before you plan a study around it.

Storage and handling

Follow the storage line on each product page. As a rule, keep everything sealed, dry and out of direct light, and label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date. Keep all research compounds out of reach of children and pets.

How do I reconstitute a peptide vial?

Add bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then swirl gently until it’s clear. Don’t shake it. The volume you add sets the concentration.
