Before you contact Umbrella Labs
A lot of common questions are answered on our FAQ page, including how we test purity, how to store peptides and what research use only means. If you’re mixing a freeze-dried peptide for the first time, our peptide reconstitution guide covers the steps, and the lab testing page explains how each batch is checked by LC-MS.
Please don’t ask us for dosing advice or for help using a product on a person or animal. Every Umbrella Labs product is sold for laboratory research use only, and we can’t help with anything outside that. Questions about purity, storage, formats, shipping or an existing order are all welcome.
What to include in your email
- Your order number, if the question is about an order.
- The product name or a link, if it’s about a product.
- The batch number from the label, if you’re asking about a specific vial or bottle.
- Photos, if something arrived damaged or doesn’t look right.
The more of this you include, the fewer emails it takes to sort out. To check where an order is, log in to My account, where every order and its status is listed.
