What is Enclomiphene?
Enclomiphene is the trans-isomer of clomiphene, a SERM. Clomiphene is a mix of two isomers; enclomiphene is the one that blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary, which raises LH, FSH and testosterone.
It was developed by Repros Therapeutics as a treatment for secondary hypogonadism but the US FDA didn’t approve it.

What studies say about Enclomiphene
Kaminetsky and colleagues reported in BJU International (2013) that enclomiphene citrate raised testosterone in men with secondary hypogonadism while keeping sperm counts, unlike topical testosterone.
Several phase 3 trials followed, with similar hormonal findings.
You can find the papers on PubMed. We don’t make claims beyond what that literature reports.
Working with loose Enclomiphene powder
Loose powder is the most flexible way to buy Enclomiphene. You can weigh any amount you need, dissolve it in your own solvent, or fill your own capsules. It’s also the cheapest format per milligram.
For small amounts you’ll want a scale that reads to at least 0.01g, and ideally 0.001g. Our digital scale and micro scoops make it easier to get consistent measurements. Weigh onto clean weighing paper, and close the bag or jar straight after so the powder doesn’t pick up moisture.
Making a solution from Enclomiphene powder
To make a stock solution, decide on the final volume and concentration first. For 30mL at 10mg/mL you’d weigh 300mg of Enclomiphene, dissolve it in about 25mL of solvent, then top up to exactly 30mL.
Check the compound’s solubility in your chosen solvent before you start, and try a small test amount first. Store the finished solution in a labelled glass bottle.
Purity testing for Enclomiphene
Every batch of Enclomiphene is checked with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) before it goes on sale. LC-MS separates a sample into its parts and identifies each one by mass, so it confirms what the compound is and how much of the sample it makes up. The current batch tested at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
Storage and handling
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry scoop each time, and reseal the container straight away. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
