What lab supplies you’ll need

For powders, you’ll want a scale, micro scoops and weighing paper. For liquids, transfer pipettes or droppers and a few clean glass bottles. For peptides, bacteriostatic water and sterile syringes.

Supplies can go in the same order as your compounds, so everything for a study arrives together.

How we test our lab supplies

Each batch is checked by LC-MS (liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry), which confirms both what the compound is and how pure it is. Each product page lists the purity and the CAS number where one exists. Write the batch number from the label into your records, since small differences between batches are normal.

What you’ll find on each product page

Every product page has a short summary of what the compound is, a specifications list with the CAS number, molecular formula and weight where they exist, and a plain summary of the published research with a link to the papers on PubMed. You’ll also find the available sizes or formats, the price for each option, and storage and handling notes.

If a compound is new and hasn’t been studied much, the page says so. It’s better to know that before you plan a study around it.
