What is Alpha-GPC?
Alpha-GPC (L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a choline source that breaks down into choline and glycerophosphate. Choline is used to make acetylcholine.

De Jesus Moreno Moreno reported in 2003 that alpha-GPC improved cognitive scores in Alzheimer’s patients in a 180-day trial.

How to use the Alpha-GPC liquid
The liquid form saves you the work of dissolving powder. Alpha-GPC is already in solution at 150mg/mL, so every millilitre holds the same amount. A 1mL draw gives you 150mg.
Use a clean graduated pipette or dropper for each draw so nothing goes back into the bottle. Shake gently first, because some solutions settle over time. We stock transfer pipettes and dropper bottles if you need them.
Making working dilutions of Alpha-GPC
If your protocol calls for a lower concentration, dilute a measured volume into a clean glass bottle. For example, 1mL of the 150mg/mL solution plus 1mL of carrier gives 2mL at 75mg/mL. Use the same carrier where possible, or a solvent your protocol allows, and mix gently.
Make up only what you’ll use in the short term, and label the new bottle with the concentration and date.
Alpha-GPC quality and testing
We test each batch of Alpha-GPC by LC-MS, which pairs liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. The chromatography splits the sample into its components and the mass spectrometer identifies them, which tells you both identity and purity. This batch came in at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tight so the solution doesn’t evaporate or pick up contaminants. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
