What is Ibutamoren?
Ibutamoren (MK-677) is an orally active, nonpeptide growth hormone secretagogue developed by Merck. It mimics ghrelin at the GHSR receptor, raising growth hormone and IGF-1. It’s often sold next to SARMs but isn’t one.
It was never approved as a medicine and is on the WADA prohibited list.

Research on Ibutamoren
Nass and colleagues ran a two-year trial in healthy older adults (Annals of Internal Medicine, 2008). MK-677 raised GH and IGF-1 to levels seen in young adults and increased fat-free mass, with rises in fasting glucose noted.
Earlier Merck studies by Chapman and colleagues described its effects on GH pulsatility.

Choosing a size and carrier for Ibutamoren liquid
Both bottle sizes hold the same 25mg/mL solution, so the only difference is how much you get. The 30mL bottle is the cheaper way to try the format before you commit to a larger one.
Shake the bottle gently before each draw and use a clean pipette every time. Our transfer pipettes and dropper bottles are sold separately.
Making working dilutions of Ibutamoren
If your protocol calls for a lower concentration, dilute a measured volume into a clean glass bottle. For example, 1mL of the 25mg/mL solution plus 1mL of carrier gives 2mL at 12.5mg/mL. Use the same carrier where possible, or a solvent your protocol allows, and mix gently.
Make up only what you’ll use in the short term, and label the new bottle with the concentration and date.
How we test Ibutamoren
Every batch of Ibutamoren is checked with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) before it goes on sale. LC-MS separates a sample into its parts and identifies each one by mass, so it confirms what the compound is and how much of the sample it makes up. The current batch tested at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tight, and don’t leave the bottle in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
