What is Mirogabalin?
Mirogabalin is a gabapentinoid from Daiichi Sankyo, sold as the besylate salt. It binds the alpha2-delta subunits of voltage-gated calcium channels, like pregabalin.
It’s approved in Japan as Tarlige for nerve pain.
