What is Cardarine?
Cardarine (GW501516) is a PPAR-delta agonist developed by GlaxoSmithKline and Ligand in the 1990s. It’s often sold next to SARMs but works through a different receptor that controls fat burning genes in muscle.
GSK stopped development after rodent studies linked long-term high exposure to cancer in several organs. It’s on the WADA prohibited list.

Research on Cardarine
Narkar and colleagues showed in Cell (2008) that GW501516 combined with AICAR raised running endurance in mice, and AICAR alone had a similar effect in sedentary mice.
Earlier work by Oliver and colleagues (PNAS, 2001) reported improved HDL cholesterol in obese monkeys.

How we test Cardarine
We test each batch of Cardarine by LC-MS, which pairs liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. The chromatography splits the sample into its components and the mass spectrometer identifies them, which tells you both identity and purity. This batch came in at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
