What is SR-9011?
SR-9011 is a REV-ERB agonist from Scripps, developed at the same time as SR-9009. Like SR-9009 it acts on circadian clock proteins and isn’t a SARM.
It’s used in research on circadian rhythm, metabolism and sleep.

What studies say about SR-9011
The 2012 Nature paper by Solt and colleagues covered both SR9009 and SR9011 and reported changes in metabolic gene expression and fat mass in mice.
A separate study by Banerjee and colleagues (2014) found SR9011 changed sleep architecture and wakefulness in mice.

Weighing and handling SR-9011 powder
Loose powder is the most flexible way to buy SR-9011. You can weigh any amount you need, dissolve it in your own solvent, or fill your own capsules. It’s also the cheapest format per milligram.
For small amounts you’ll want a scale that reads to at least 0.01g, and ideally 0.001g. Our digital scale and micro scoops make it easier to get consistent measurements. Weigh onto clean weighing paper, and close the bag or jar straight after so the powder doesn’t pick up moisture.
Making a solution from SR-9011 powder
To make a stock solution, decide on the final volume and concentration first. For 30mL at 10mg/mL you’d weigh 300mg of SR-9011, dissolve it in about 25mL of solvent, then top up to exactly 30mL.
Check the compound’s solubility in your chosen solvent before you start, and try a small test amount first. Store the finished solution in a labelled glass bottle.
Purity testing for SR-9011
Every batch of SR-9011 is checked with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) before it goes on sale. LC-MS separates a sample into its parts and identifies each one by mass, so it confirms what the compound is and how much of the sample it makes up. The current batch tested at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
Storage and handling
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a clean, dry scoop each time, and reseal the container straight away. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
