What is CJC-1295 DAC?
CJC-1295 DAC is modified GRF(1-29) with a drug affinity complex attached by ConjuChem. The DAC binds albumin in the blood, which stretches the half-life to around a week.
It was tested in clinical trials but not approved.

What studies say about CJC-1295 DAC
Teichman and colleagues reported in 2006 that single injections raised GH and IGF-1 for days in healthy adults.
Development stopped after phase 2.

How to mix a CJC-1295 DAC vial
CJC-1295 DAC arrives as a freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder in a sealed glass vial. It has to be dissolved before use, and for most peptides that means bacteriostatic water. Let the water run slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then swirl gently until the solution is clear. Don’t shake it.
The amount of water you add sets the concentration. For example, adding 2mL of bacteriostatic water to a 2mg vial gives 1mg per mL. Write the volume and the date on the label so anyone picking up the vial later knows what’s in it.
We sell bacteriostatic water in 30mL vials, and acetic acid solution for the few peptides that don’t dissolve well in water.
Choosing a CJC-1295 DAC vial size
The vial comes in 5mg, 10mg and 2mg. The contents are the same apart from the amount, so the choice comes down to how much your study needs and how quickly you’ll use a mixed vial.
Mixed peptides don’t last as long as dry ones, so several smaller vials can work out better than one large one if you’re running a slow study.
CJC-1295 DAC quality and testing
We test each batch of CJC-1295 DAC by LC-MS, which pairs liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry. The chromatography splits the sample into its components and the mass spectrometer identifies them, which tells you both identity and purity. This batch came in at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
Storage and handling
Keep it in the fridge at 2 to 8°C and don’t freeze it. Once mixed, keep the vial in the fridge and use it within a few weeks. Unmixed vials keep much longer, so only reconstitute what you need. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
Common questions about the CJC-1295 DAC peptide vial
Does CJC-1295 DAC come with water to mix it?
No. The vial holds only the freeze-dried powder. Add bacteriostatic water to your order if you don’t already have some.
How long does mixed CJC-1295 DAC last?
Kept in the fridge, most reconstituted peptides are good for a few weeks. Unmixed vials last much longer, especially in the fridge or freezer.
Is the CJC-1295 DAC peptide vial in stock?
Yes. Every option on this page is in stock and ready to ship.
