What is OTR-AC?
OTR-AC is the acetate ester of ostarine, sometimes listed as ostarine-O-acetate. The acetate group is added to the hydroxyl on the ostarine backbone, which changes how the molecule is handled in metabolism while the core androgen receptor binding structure stays the same.
It’s a newer research compound than ostarine and has far less published data, so most interest comes from comparing it directly with the parent SARM.

What studies say about OTR-AC
There are no published clinical trials of OTR-AC itself. Researchers who work with it usually lean on the ostarine literature, including the 2013 enobosarm phase 2 trial in The Lancet Oncology, and treat OTR-AC as a modified form to compare against.
That makes it a good fit for side-by-side work: same receptor target, slightly different chemistry.
