What is S-23?
S-23 is a nonsteroidal SARM from the same research group at the University of Tennessee that worked on andarine. It binds the androgen receptor with very high affinity.
It was studied mainly as a possible male hormonal contraceptive and has never been tested in human trials.

S-23 in published research
Jones and colleagues published the main study in Endocrinology in 2009. In male rats, S-23 combined with estradiol suppressed sperm production reversibly while keeping muscle mass and bone density.
Once the compound was stopped, fertility returned in the rats, which is why the paper framed it as a contraceptive candidate.

Why choose S-23 capsules

How we test S-23
Every batch of S-23 is checked with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) before it goes on sale. LC-MS separates a sample into its parts and identifies each one by mass, so it confirms what the compound is and how much of the sample it makes up. The current batch tested at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
Storing your S-23
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the desiccant in the bottle and the lid closed tight. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
