Description
The RAD-140 liquid from Umbrella Labs gives you RAD-140 as a measured liquid solution. You can choose Poly-Cell™ or PEG (original) carrier, 30mL or 60mL. Each batch is tested by LC-MS to 99% purity or higher. Prices start at $70.99. It’s sold for laboratory research only.
Prefer a different format? We also stock RAD-140 powder, RAD-140 gel packs and RAD-140 capsules. See all SARM liquids for more options in this format.
What is RAD-140?
RAD-140 (testolone, also called vosilasarm) is a nonsteroidal SARM developed by Radius Health. In preclinical work it showed strong anabolic activity in muscle with much less effect on the prostate and seminal vesicles than testosterone.
Radius later studied it in breast cancer research, where it acts on androgen receptors in tumor cells. It isn’t an approved medicine.

RAD-140 in published research
The founding paper is Miller and colleagues, ACS Medicinal Chemistry Letters, 2011, which described RAD-140’s discovery and its tissue selectivity in rats and monkeys.
A phase 1 trial in women with advanced ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer reported its pharmacokinetics and side effects, including liver enzyme rises in some patients.
The original papers are on PubMed if you’d like to read them in full.
Choosing a size and carrier for RAD-140 liquid
Both bottle sizes hold the same 20mg/mL solution, so the only difference is how much you get. With the Poly-Cell™ carrier, 30mL costs $77.99 and 60mL costs $154.98. The 30mL bottle is the cheaper way to try the format before you commit to a larger one.
You can choose between Poly-Cell™ and PEG (original). Pick one carrier and stay with it for a whole study, because switching halfway through adds a variable you’d have to account for.
Shake the bottle gently before each draw and use a clean pipette every time. Our transfer pipettes and dropper bottles are sold separately.
Making working dilutions of RAD-140
If your protocol calls for a lower concentration, dilute a measured volume into a clean glass bottle. For example, 1mL of the 20mg/mL solution plus 1mL of carrier gives 2mL at 10mg/mL. Use the same carrier where possible, or a solvent your protocol allows, and mix gently.
Make up only what you’ll use in the short term, and label the new bottle with the concentration and date.
How we test RAD-140
Every batch of RAD-140 is checked with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) before it goes on sale. LC-MS separates a sample into its parts and identifies each one by mass, so it confirms what the compound is and how much of the sample it makes up. The current batch tested at 99% or higher.
Small differences between batches are normal, so write the batch number from the label into your records. If something looks wrong when your order arrives, like discoloured powder or a cloudy solution, set it aside and don’t use it.
How to store RAD-140
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tight, and don’t leave the bottle in a hot car or on a sunny windowsill. Label anything you decant with the compound, amount and date, and keep it out of reach of children and pets.
