What is SOMCL-668?
SOMCL-668 (CAS 1422251-09-9) is a positive allosteric modulator of the sigma-1 receptor, developed at the Shanghai Institute of Materia Medica.
It doesn’t activate sigma-1 on its own, but it boosts the effect of agonists.
