Spermidine is a polyamine found in almost every living cell, and in foods like wheat germ, soybeans and aged cheese. It switches on autophagy, the cell’s recycling system.

Tips for measuring Spermidine powder

Buying Spermidine as a powder gives you full control. Weigh out exactly what your protocol calls for, make up your own solutions, or encapsulate it yourself.

Making a solution from Spermidine powder

To make a stock solution, decide on the final volume and concentration first. For 30mL at 10mg/mL you’d weigh 300mg of Spermidine, dissolve it in about 25mL of solvent, then top up to exactly 30mL.
