What is SRT2104?
SRT2104 is a synthetic SIRT1 activator developed by Sirtris, which GlaxoSmithKline bought in 2008. It’s chemically unrelated to resveratrol.
SIRT1 is an NAD-dependent enzyme tied to metabolism and inflammation.
