What is TM5614?

TM5614 (CAS 1190221-46-5) is an oral inhibitor of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1), developed at Tohoku University in Japan.

PAI-1 blocks the breakdown of blood clots and is linked to fibrosis and aging.
